Our architects in Cyprus undertook a comprehensive renovation of Apartment 36 in Yermasogeia, transforming a cramped 2-bedroom apartment into an open and spacious modern haven. The project included a complete electrical rewire, demolition of walls to create a more open layout, installation of air conditioning, and re-plastering.

We added new ceilings, a contemporary bathroom and kitchen, and installed tiled floors throughout, with parquet flooring in the bedroom for a touch of elegance. The renovation also involved replacing all the windows to improve both aesthetics and energy efficiency.
