Taking the old and re-designing it to create a new amazing looking building in Limassol’s most busy street.

The modern and innovative design of the building structure and the materials used for that project are creating a remarkable architecture, improving the aesthetic of the area. The vertical and horizontal wooden-looking louvers are giving the building the contemporary feeling that completes the aesthetic. Framing the residential part (upper floors) and leaving the ground floor for commercial use while keeping the harmonization of the design.
