C.F.L. began as an architecture practice in Limassol and grew, one discipline at a time, into a studio that can carry a project from the first sketch to the finished return. Each step below was a response to the same problem: the quality lost in the gaps between firms.

Origins
2009Constantinos F. Loizou founds the C.F.L. architecture studio in Limassol, working on private residences.
Structural engineering brought in-house, calculated to the Eurocodes, so structure and architecture are resolved in the same room.
Wider services
2015The network of specialised partners widens, and with it the coordination of architectural, MEP and other technical studies on one project file.
Independent technical audit and property inspection launched, for private investors and funds, including on buildings C.F.L. did not design or build.
Today
2021A full move to end-to-end digital design and coordination on BIM — architecture, structure and MEP in one model.
Full support of large development projects: general contracting and the commercial management of rental assets.
