How we use it and our legal basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to send updates you have asked for, to consider job applications, and to operate and secure the website. Our legal bases are your consent (newsletter), performance of or steps toward a contract (enquiries, applications) and our legitimate interests (running and securing the site). We keep personal data only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete it.

Enquiries are kept for the life of the conversation and any resulting project file; newsletter details until you unsubscribe; unsuccessful job applications for a limited period in case a suitable role opens, after which they are deleted. Records we are obliged to retain — for example for tax or professional-liability reasons — are kept for the statutory period and no longer.

Data security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify you and the supervisory authority as the GDPR requires.
