The package: Design & Permits
The package covers the architectural design, the structural engineering, the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design coordinated with specialist partners, and the preparation and submission of the planning and building permit applications – one office answerable for all of it.
Because the same team follows the project from the first sketches to final approval, every decision you approve is carried into the drawings and from the drawings onto site. The fee is set out in a written proposal for your project before the design begins.
