Our Team

We are a small team in Limassol with a range of skills between us spanning architecture, structural and MEP engineering, quantity surveying, permitting and independent inspection. Between us we speak Greek, English and enough Russian to be useful, and we share coffee, site dust, arguments about detailing and the washing up.

One team, one project file. Because design, engineering and cost sit together in the same office, a decision made in the drawing does not surprise anyone on site.
